1. General

SarajevoApartments (“we”, “us”, “platform”) is a listing platform for apartments, transport, and tours in Sarajevo. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Role – Disclaimer

We are not a party to any rental, transport, or tour agreement.

SarajevoApartments acts solely as a neutral intermediary connecting hosts (apartment owners, taxi drivers, tour guides) and guests. We do not own, operate, or inspect any property, vehicle, or tour.

3. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SarajevoApartments is NOT liable for:

• Any injuries, damages, or losses occurring during your stay, ride, or tour
• Cancellations, overbookings, or disputes between hosts and guests
• Inaccurate descriptions, photos, prices, or locations
• Theft, accidents, or any harm caused by third parties
• Non-compliance with local laws, taxes, or permits by hosts

All arrangements are directly between the guest and the host. You use the platform at your own risk.

4. Host Responsibility

Hosts (apartment owners, taxi drivers, tour guides) are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of all listing information (price, amenities, availability)
• Obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, and insurance
• Paying all applicable taxes (including tourist tax, income tax, VAT)
• Safety, cleanliness, and quality of their service

5. Guest Responsibility

Guests agree to:

• Respect property, vehicles, and tour rules
• Provide truthful information during booking
• Communicate directly with hosts for specific requests

6. Right to Remove Content

We reserve the right to remove any listing or block any user without notice if we suspect false information, scams, illegal activity, or inappropriate behavior.

7. No Warranty

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sarajevo.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
